Non-Refundable Booking Fee:

A non-refundable booking fee equivalent to two nights' stay is required at the time of booking for all boarding services. This fee secures your reservation and will be applied to the total balance due at checkout.

Full Payment Requirement:

Full payment for all services, including pet sitting, boarding, and training, is required at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service.

Cancellation Fees:

If you cancel a booking 14 days or more before the scheduled service start date, no cancellation fee will apply, and your booking fee will be retained.

Rescheduling:

Clients may request to reschedule services with no additional fee if notified at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling within 14 days of the service start date will incur the standard cancellation fee.

Emergency Cancellations:

If cancellations are due to emergencies (e.g., hospitalization of the pet or family emergencies), please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, although our standard cancellation policies will typically apply.

Service Limitations:

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the pet poses a risk to our staff or other pets.

Behavioral Assessment:

For all training services, an initial behavioral assessment may be required to determine the suitability of training methods and to provide an effective training plan.

Payment Options:

We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards and electronic transfers.
